What We Do
CPS Patent International provides intellectual property advisory services and training to practitioners, service providers and national IP offices seeking to improve the quality of their products and services.
We are a boutique firm with extensive international experience and a deep understanding of the practices of the European Patent Office (EPO), US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the other offices in the IP5. We will help you navigate the complex and evolving IP landscape by tailoring our services to your specific needs.
Our team consists of former executives from the EPO and USPTO with over 30 years of experience in patent examination-related processes, policy, classification systems, international cooperation, and training.
Who We Are
We are former officials from the European Patent Office and the US Patent & Trademark Office offering extensive experience in patent examination processes, document search and classification, and the design of IT tools supporting those processes. We will collaborate with you to develop solutions improving the quality and efficiency of the services you deliver.
